PDA: build

Making of a PDA, starts with a sketch for sizes. I worked out the best size for a hand held computer and then figured out a desirable screen size and a nice simple look.












I ensured and marked out the different layers, the bottom layer dosnt need anything but a solid base. the next layer up needs to just have an outer frame shape so that the electronics can fit inside. The last layer need to be shaped like the face with a hole exactly the size of the graphics.









After cutting up the wood sections i drilled holes for the saw blade the cut the drawn shapes out of and sanded them down.



The final collection is now just missing the printed acetate and electronics. The electronics are now at my parents house waiting to be dropped off.
